Sales and Marketing Executive
(Training Section)

(Position in Bangi, Johor Bharu, Alor Setar, Penang, Kuantan, Sabah and Sarawak)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for maintaining and expanding company relationship with existing clients
  • To explore new customers
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to support the growth of the Company.
  • Perform market research and analysis on competitors, market trend and feasibility study.
  • Responsible for realizing the committed sales targets.
  • Plan and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve goals and targets.
  • Follow up on sales leads, referrals and make regular sales/ cold calls on - potential customers
  • To prepare sales reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing or any diploma/degree.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • 7 Full-Time positions available.
  • Excellent in communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills with fluent English and other languages.
  • Able to work independantly under minimum supervision.
  • Result orientated and agressive.

Admin Executive
(Position in Bangi and Port Dickson)

  • Responsible, able to take instruction and able to work in a team based
  • Performing general administrative duties such as updating of telephone listing, scanning, photocopying and faxing of documents, taking minutes, general filing and etc;
  • To handle telephone calls.
  • To handle incoming/outgoing documents and mails.
  • To assist in any administrative and ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • Provide administrative and account assistance
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must be self-directed and able to coordinate the completion of assigned tasks
  • Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic accounting and human resource administrative works

To assist in training marketing activities:
  • Coordinating training programme
  • Organising training promotion, seminars and talks

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or in any field which equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years and above of working experience in similar capacity is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to translate
  • Bahasa Malaysia contents into English would be much preferred
  • Must be computer literate using MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate with all level of people
  • Pleasant, energetic & self-disciplined
  • Hardworking & has a positive attitude
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic & keen to learn
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, aggressive & out spoken personality
